Change Request

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: We want you to make the most of your membership, so don’t forget that in addition to global access at all our facilities, unlimited climbing, you also get unlimited yoga and fitness classes! Don’t forget to register ahead of time to save time and to guarantee a spot in your favorite class. Additionally, ASCEND members receive 10% off of most retail and concession purchases.

If you have an EFT billing relationship with us, leave your credit card and cash in your cubby - we have your credit card on file and we can easily take care of your at the front desk. If you need an itemized receipts at point in time, just let us know! We are happy to provide you with this information by request.

And did you know that every single day, you have the opportunity to bring along a 1st time visitor for FREE! You are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this perk, so you can expose your friends and family to the wonderful world of climbing.

Lastly, we highly recommend that you sign up online with the email address associated with your account at ASCEND. Our system, called Approach, can be accessed via an online portal where you can find your member check-in barcode, register for classes, and more!

If you ever need anything from us, such as emailed records of contracts or billing transactions, information on upcoming programs and events, or just some general climbing information, do not hesitate to send us a message or give your home gym’s front desk a call!

Read This Important Section

In order to ensure that our team is able to process your membership change request in a timely manner, you must submit all requests for the upcoming month prior to the last day of the month. Requests submitted on the last day of the month may not be handled prior to billing going through. However, we will do our best to sort through any issues that arise at the end of the month, and we ask for your patience as we do so.

Please select the upcoming month for which you'd like to start your freeze. If you accidentally select the current month, we'll assume that you want to begin your freeze on the first of the upcoming month.

Please select the number of months for which you'd like your membership automatically unfreeze. If you don't know at this time, please select the maximum of 6 months. Remember, you may always visit a front desk to end your freeze earlier than you've selected above.

If you are part of a household membership, please select how to handle the other members of the household.

A Note About Freezes

Monthly Renewing Memberships may be placed on hold for up to six (6) months at a time, at no additional cost! Your Freeze Date must begin on the 1st of a month and will remain in affect until the end of your selected Freeze Length, or until you visit and resume your membership in person. Resuming your membership mid-month will result in prorated dues being owed, otherwise you will be automatically billed on the first of the month after your freeze ends. Please select the date on which you want your membership termination to begin. Your membership will be active through the end of the day before.
