Alter Your Membership

Need to unfreeze, freeze, or cancel your membership? Want to add or remove people to your household?

Your online portal is the key to getting your membership updated. All you need to do is:

  • Log in

  • Go to your Memberships

  • Click on the membership you wish to alter

  • Follow the prompts to Thaw, Freeze, or Terminate (illustrated in the screenshot below)

It is that simple! And if you run into any issues, just hit that Contact Us button, and we'll give you a hand as quickly as we can.

Notes

  • Unless submitted via your online portal, our team does require lead time to process your membership change request in a timely manner. Accordingly, we ask that any non-automatic membership updates must be submitted for the upcoming month prior to the last day of the month. Requests submitted via our contact us form or via email on the last day of the month may not be handled prior to billing going through. However, we will do our best to sort through any issues that arise at the end of the month, and we ask for your patience as we do so.

  • Please review the current Terms and Conditions of your membership by visiting our online portal and navigating to the Memberships tab.

  • If you ever need anything from us, such as emailed records of contracts or billing transactions, information on upcoming programs and events, or just some general climbing information, do not hesitate to send us a message or give the front desk a call.
